Anticipatory Bail applied in HC. Need protection; not to get arrested
13-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi A FIR filed on 498A with 307 and other. Whole family have been dragged into the FIR.
I have applied AB. As AB process taking time; what are the option left for us.
We are very fear about getting arrest and Don't want to get arrest.
Dear Sir,
During the pendency of anticipatory bail it is better to abscond till Anticipatory bail is granted. Since 307 is a serious offence sometimes Sessions Court may reject then you have to approach High Court. Normally it being a family case bsil will be granted and you must get ready with two surities.
You would have to approach the courts asking for an Anticipatory Bail, yes the court will take the time, but yes an oral undertaking can be taken from the prosecution side till the orders given by the court, and yes if the courts doesn't grant it then you would have to approach the High Court,
