Annulment after cheating and married when her 1st marriage is pending

If wife cheated and married me when her first marriage diverse is pending by showing fake documents while marriage after 2 months she failed 498a after I know they hide her diverse to me then I applied for annulment now she is claiming she is pregnent and baby born Can I ask for DNA test if her claim true How much time to get annulment

Dear Sir, You can go to High Court to quash 498A case since she is not the legally wedded wife of you during the subsistence of previous marriage which was not legally concluded. Secondly, you can file a Petition under Section 12 of HM Act for Annulment of Marriage. If child is born and DNA test is in her favour that the said child born through you even then it is ill legitimate child.

you can proceed with cheating and producing documents that he gets divorce from his previous husband. and you can file a petition for marriage nellity and wild in procedure of law in a DNA case you can file a cheating case in that case you can proceed with DNA test by taking the order of the court
