Am swathi... Me and my husband was being seperate from 4 years

After being separated from 4years my husband is not ready to give me divorce... And even he is not saying his address... In this case how can I get divorce and my child custody

hi if he is not ready to give divorce then youbcould send notice to his last known address known to you and could file divorce petition in court seeking divorce on grounds of separation and cruelty and also file custody petition in court
