Am I wrong here? Need advice if I can file for divorce

I have been married fr 5 years,knew my husband was alcoholic before marriage,I used to be angry with it & in turn that would provoke him & be verbally abusive, push me around and break things one day he had cornered me and while abusing me verbally he said “ it’s not like I have raped you” I felt very bad so I slapped him that was the first & then on when he gets drunk he physically hurts me & slaps. I have not consummated the marriage coz i have fear of sex and he never forced me.
Hello, from your query it is not clear that what exactly you want you are saying your problem but what type of solution you want you have not mention as you mention that you marriage is not consume them this is itself ground for divorceo if you want to save your marriage don't provoke him even after he abuses you physically and mentally then you can take help of law.
