Am i eligible for maintenance or not?

I am pursuing phd andd getting a monthly stipend and my husband is in Indian Army. I got married in 2022 and we are not living together for six months. He is being verbally and physically abusive. We had tried counselling session through AWWA but still no improvement in his behavior. I don' have any idea of his salary and finances. He did not give me a single penny, he barely spent a few bucks when he came to meet me. He doesn't have a place to live that's why I'm residing in a college hostel.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that unless n until you file something or file maintenance case or any case against by which you can get interim maintenance in that petition there is no such provision that unless you ask for you can't get maintenance by the hierarchy of the post he is serving army you can get the approx figure of his salary for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

ji aapka bilkul Adhikar hai aap apne husband se 50% ka maintenance Le sakte hain yah aapka Adhikar hai Pati ho ya Patni donon ka Samanta Ka Adhikar Hai Jeene Ka case file kar diya hai ya nahin Jyada Jankari ke liye aap mujhe call kar sakte hain kya aap mere Karyalay per Aakar apni samasya ka Samadhan kar sakte hain
