Alimony without any income or assets at present before I had

I had property two months before I transferred to my mother wife filed 498 a I have no income at present no property no assets will still be considered to give alimony to wife

While granting Maintenance or Alimony the court will consider various factors like educational qualification, earning capacity, standard of living , assets etc. This applies to both the spouses. Would be prudent if you seek a detailed consultation for your ongoing issue.

Yes as per minimum wages act u r a person who is capable of earning xyz amount ! Therefore court doesn’t count your over smartness and will make you pay the Maintenence if your wife of eligible ! Kindly b in touch
