if wife is earning money from any occupation and thereafter she get the alimony from the case .if you have a stick proof reading the earning money then you move the application before the concerned court.

Hello, there are certain criterias to get maintenance from husband, if she is unable to maintain herself or incase unable to maintain her child then only she will be eligible for maintenance. if it is 1 lakh per month and no child responsibility then income affidavit will be enough to prove that same.

Hello sir. I have perused your legal query. There is no hard and fast rule in terms of maintenance to be awarded to working women. It varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. As far as courts in Delhi are concerned, they have usually been reluctant in granting maintenance in such cases. However, if there are any children involved and they are in the physical custody of your wife, you would have to pay to maintain them.
