Alimony ,maintenance, stridhan

Myself Sweta choudhary, my husband and I filed a divorce petition on 15dec 2022 by mutual consent ...we got married on 13dec 2021 ....I don't know what are the rights given to women in divorce case like stridhan or maintenance as An advocate appointed by my husband didn't tell me about stridhan, alimony and maintenance ,...how can I get my stridhan and my belongings from in-laws?

Dear Sweta As per the law you have right to opt your Advocate for mutual divorce and you can claim maintenance during trail otherwise after separation we won't be able to file maintenance and alimony to husband. feel free then call for legal assistance.

Apne stri dhan ke liye aap apne lawyer ke sath complaint ke darj kar sakte hain maintenance Adhikar hai aap section 125 coding CRPC maintenance ke liye apply kar sakte hain maintenance ke liye aapko diverse lene ki jarurat nahin hai aap Bina divorce ki bhi maintenance ke liye apply kar sakte hai
