Alimony maintenance divorce 498a mahila aayog

Husband filed case for divorce, so I filed case in mahila aayog. Then I filed 498a FIR. Now he is on interim bail, Later on I put application for maintenance under IPC 24 & 125. But in court husband shown one video in that my mother is saying "She is manglik so I don't want to send with you" For that time I said video is fake but how should I deal with this? Now whether maintenance granted to me Or not? Husband have higher salary package I have her offer letter so can I attach this?

definitely you can file the maintinance and you can get if you are not working or getting less salery from your husband under section 125 crp.c. even you can get interim maintinance in very first stage of case it is totaly depend on the ground which will you mention in the petition.

what application is given under ipc 24 and 125 regarding maintenance. these are not related to maintenance in any cir umstances. now you have to deal with this as statement in court which are made should be with relevant proofs and cannot be denied by just merely saying no bit you have to proove it
