Alimony is granted as 6K by lower court, need to file at HighCourt

My brother had filed a divorce under Hindu Mariage act and after a year, District Family court has ordered to pay 6K as monthly alimony to his wife. My brother is not earning well and does not have a regular income. He works as a driver. We are seeking for divorce and now want to file High Court of Bangalore. It is been 3 years since marriage, the couples stayed together only for 2 months.
You have to establish that he is driver and how working with documents before court further u can approaxh high court prefering appeal against order of family court and get an order showing his financial capacity
