Yes she can ask both Divorce alimony for herself and she can also ask for maintenance per month for the child there is no problem, in divorce petition only the reliefs have to be claimed of alimony and maintenance.the divorce can be claimed under section 13 (1)(is) on ground of cruelty and permanent aliomny and maintenance under section 25 of hindu marriage act.

Yes. She can. She is entitled for maintenance If she is unable to maintain herself. She can file under Domestic Violence Act or Sec 125 of Criminal procedure code. Better to find a good lawyer and take along wedding card with wedding photos and marriage certificate of any while consulting.
