Me and my husband are contesting divorce case. But now my husband haz started circulating my phone number to his friends who video call, voice call and even message me. They enact as loan recovery agent from bank but as per the true caller information I got to know its my husband's friend. Though I haven't answered any call or message. My husband is doing all this just to humiliate me as I suspect that they might have planned to capture the video call screenshot to use against me.

आपला हा प्रॉब्लेम कॉमन आहे. ज्या घरात पती पत्नी मधे नाराजी झाली.वाद निर्माण झाला.त्यातील कोणी तरी एकाला सोबत राहायचे नसते. कोणीतरी एकाला घटस्पोट द्यायचा नसतो.पतीला घटस्पोट द्यायचा नसल्यास पत्नी डोमेस्टिक व्हायोलांस,498a सारख्या केसेस टाकून हैराण करेल तर पत्नी ज्या ठिकाणी घटस्पोट द्यायला तयार नासेल त्या वेळी असे फोन करून मुद्दाम हुन त्रास द्यायच्या घटना सहज घडतात.महिलांना फोन देवुन कोणीही व्यक्ती त्रास देत असल्यास ऑनलाईन पोलिस आयुक्त यांना ईमेल द्वारे तक्रार करून द्यायची असते आणि तीच तक्रार जवळच्या पोलीस स्टेशन मध्ये सुद्धा देवुन रीसिव्ह कॉपी घेवुन निश्चित राहावे.पोलिस अश्या व्यक्ती विरुद्ध नक्की कारवाई करतात.तर पत्नी काहीही मोठे कारण नसताना घटस्पोट देण्यास तयार नसल्यास प्रथम एक नोटीस पाठवली पाहिजे.या कामी आपल्या जवळच्या वकिलाचा सल्ला नक्की घेतला पाहिजे कारण जे इंटरनेट वर असते ते प्रत्यक्षात नसते.

Well, you can then file a Police Complaint into the Cyber Cell and get that Police Complaint converted into FIR under the concerned provisions of the CRPC, 1973 within a prescribed limitation person as per the limitation act, 1963.
