My wife file a false complaint for maintenance and alimony even after mutual divorce in women cell commission. . What to do next from my side

She can file as you jave not filled divorce petition in court , its indian law there no value of panchayati divorce and Women cell divorce is Panchayati one you can meet for the same for ur divorce after divorce you will get rld
