I am 59 years now, I got married 1989. My husband decided not to give any many. He is 64.I am Hindu.
do you have any children? If you want divorce then you have to file a divorce petition and also claim maintenance for yourself and your children. your husband will be ordered by the Court to give money to you to maintain yourself and your children if they want to stay with you.
