Alimony amount to be paid to spouse

I am married for 3 years without child and drawing 2 lacs per month net salary and have emi of 60000. I have dependent senior citizen parents. How much alimony do I have to pay to my wife in contested divorce

dear client as per your query since your salary is 2 lakhs minimum you need to pay the judge will decide and if you get ex- party degree then it will be in your favour you can consult me online by paying consultancy fees...

alimony may be 1/3 or 25% of your gross salary depending on your expenditure. But proper homework and proper steps in accordance with Law are very much needed. most needed is a knowledgeable advocate who can manipulate things in your favour.

at first you have any payslip yes or not of 2lacks per months net salary , thereafter if the contest of this case minimum pay of rupees one third of net income if your wife file a case of 125 crpc yes or not
