You can marry anytime AFTER 19th of MARCH 2017.
Even if you have been granted ex-parte divorce, your spouse still has the right to appeal to the High Court against ex-parte judgment within 90 days from the date of the judgment.
Limitation period for preferring appeal in your case ends on 19-03-2017, so you can remarry after this date.

You can remarry anytime after divorce. . . . . .
You can remarry after expiry of the time required to file an appeal before the High Court.
In normal course it is 30 days of limitation prescribed under the law.
But it does not mean that one cannot file an appeal or challenge the ex-parte order after the expiry of the said period.
Also, remember that the 30 days shall start from the date of knowledge of the opposite party and not from the date of order.

After the lapse of 30 days from the date of grant of decree you can remarry as 30 days period is the limitation of appeal to challenge the decree and in your case 30 days of period to set aside exparty decree so you can remarry after the lapse of 30 days period from the date of decree
