after filling of 498a chargesheet in MM court , What should be the title of quashing in high court 1. Quashing of F.I.R or 2. quashing of criminal proceedings or 3. quashing of chargesheet?

If you wish to quash the criminal proceedings against the accused then it will come under Quashing of FIR that will be done in High Court only. You need to attach the true typed and also true translated copy of the chargesheet before the court.

Hi, Title of quashing in high court shall be Quashing of FIR and all proceedings arising out of it. Also, in prayer it is important to specifically include prayer for quashing chargesheet as well. Let me know if you wish to discuss further.

In Delhi High Court you cannot file quashing in person, and if you file just in case, it would go in objections. However, the title would be different. none of these from the above.. please contact me for detailed information

At first The charge it has been muted before the MM thereafter for quashing of FIR you have to make a first motion after the first motion passed thereafter you have to make a settlement need after settlement deed you have to make quashing of fir
