1)After filing divorce , Can i have live in relationship with unmarried person? What will be the impact in my divorce application if have live in relationship after applying divorce? 2) In how many days, can i quickly get mutual consent divorce? there is no counselling required.

Until the dissolution of marriage is declared by the court your marriage continues. No one can stop you from entering into a live-in relationship with a consenting partner. Adultery is not a crime anymore, but it may be used for divorce. Getting divorce by mutual consent depends on both parties.

In this case, I would like to know you people leading life living relationships or you people married and further mutual divorce both you and your spouse together to file a petition before the court and you people get a waiver from the cooling period because between you people proceedings pending.
