After filing 498a , 504,506,34

After leaving husband house by wife, she file 498a, 504,506,34, then after 6 months filed 125 crpc and after 5 to 6 months, filed DV against husband's, father, mother, brother and uncle and his wife by threatening to compromise as per their conditions otherwise face such falls allegations. Judiciary system can protect honest citizens, rights as they are employees of Govt. Private offices.
Well, if the FIR has already been registered under Sec 498A of old IPC Law or under the concerned Section of New Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, then you can file a Quashing Petition in the concerned High Court along with seeking of Anticipatory Bail.
