After 26 years marriage sole over annual Rs 1 crore pa earner wife , no child. Wife deposits and PF Gratuity over 5 cr.
Husband not working or earning with mutual decision for 10 years. No savings and deposits in own name. All is wife name including jewellery, deposits shares etc.
Can in above case husband 52 years with dependent parents 83 and 78 years old, can also mantainence from wife who is currently well earning, deposits, savings, retirement benifits.
If yes what are the legal references sections or calculations. Please help SOS.
hello client as you have mentioned here the things are very much having very big legal point regardingb right to have maintinance from the earning menber of the family. as you have been foing all house hold work and your wife is earning everything owns and you do not own anything. yes youbhave the right yo have maintinance from your wife side. as matter of right.
