After 2 months of marriage she went to her home

After married within 2 months she wantedly conflicts and went to her home so not coming and not saying any reasons. They looking for me to file divorce and asks demand money. So how can I proceed without giving money. Maybe she also files false cases on my family.

hi you could file for restitution of conjugal rights petition if you want to stay with your wife as she had left the marital life and if you dont want get money and she might file cases against you and you might have to go money but you can fight those cases

issue notice to her asking her join u company in ur house if doesn't reply plse file r cr in the family court plse file RCR in the family court she will get get setplse a case invrhe family court of ur jurisdiction
