My ex-wife, their family & their lawyer are harassing me & my family with false cases one after another MC case, Maintenance case & DV case in district court since 2016 I need to prepare & submit Affidavits or the Legal Evidence Documents to Submit as a Respondent in the Criminal Miscellaneous Case under DV Act for 1) My Change of Address & Mobile No. 2) My Parents Death & Disposing Case against them 3) No Property of Parents 4) Me not Working with zero income 5) Me not having any Propert

Dear Sir, There are so many Advocates who are ready to do charity work for you. Otherwise you can contest the cases by yourself. You may get unemployment certificate and produce the same before the Court saying you have not having any amount to pay maintenance to the wife.
