Advise About Divorce For mental harassment

Dear SirnI m hindu and got married in Jan 2019 my wife started doubting on me that i had affair with my ex gf which not true and she was taunting, fighting with me about that from may 2019 till now. She is living separately from April 2021. She was threatening me that she will give divorce she faught with my parents also and after her this type of her behavior i asked her for divorce bt not she is not ready for divorce. Pls advise how can get divorce and get rid of this mental torture.
You have to file a petition for contested divorce on the ground available for divorce under Hindu marriage act with the concerned family or civil court having jurisdiction. In the said petition, you have to narrate the instances of torture mated out to you by your wife.

पहिला मुद्दा असा की, तुम्ही तुमच्या पत्नीला घराबाहेर काढले आहे की त्या स्वतः बाहेर पडल्या आहेत. त्यांनी स्वतः घर सोडलेले असेल तरी किंवा तुम्ही त्यांना बाहेर काढले असले तरी तुम्ही तुमचे म्हणणे दाखल करू शकतात.त्या करिता तुम्हाला नोटीस पाठवणे गरजेचे आहे. नोटीस मधे तुम्हाला नांदविण्या करिता वकिला मार्फत आपली बाजु ठेऊन नोटीस पाठवायची. त्यात सात दिवस अथवा 15 दिवसाची मुदत देऊन नोटीस पाठवल्या नंतर नोटीस प्रमाणे तुमची पत्नी नाही वागली तर तुम्ही कोर्टात त्याच मुद्याच्या आधारे केस दाखल करू शकतात. घटस्फोट किंवा नांदण्यास येण्याकरीता.
परंतु अजुन तुमचे मुद्दे काय आहेत हे प्रत्यक्ष आपल्या जवळच्या वकीलाशी सल्ला मसलत करून खरी परिस्थिती बघुन आपले वकील आपणास चांगला सल्ला देतील.त्या प्रमाणे आपण वागावे.
