Advice regarding chances of getting divorce

Its been 5 months of marriage, Recently I had come to know that my spouse is deaf by an ear (Not so sure about the percentage).I wasn't informed about this prior to marriage. Can I apply for divorce under cheating, can I get divorce in this regards and how much time does it take to get divorce ?.
Is it the right cause for divorce? Marriage is not an agreement. I think you didn't understand your partner in last 5 months. In case you have the same problem, what is your answer?
