advice on the overall legal strategy for my ongoing matrimony dispute

My wife repeatedly threatens DV, maintenance, criminal cases against me and my senior-citizen parents. All currently live in my father's self-acquired house. I bear all herexpenses. Due to constant disputes, I stay, sleep and eat separately, but she continues creating disturbances. My autistic minor son is her stepson, and I have concerns about her conduct towards him. DLSA mediation has failed. What proceedings should we initiate, and in what sequence, to protect me, my parents, autistic child

Dear client as per your query your wife threatens you that she may file these case as per you mentioned above but she hasn't filled yet then you can register a G.D against her for threatening as it will be vital proof in future for you she she takes any steps for filling a case against you and your family...

ypu need to understand the pros and cons over a meeting there are very niche areas which all dont say or dont disclose for self benefit if you want proper relief you need a very good lawyer to guide you
