Advice for settlement of DV case on mutual settlement

Hello Sir/Madam,
I'm a muslim and I want to settle my long ongoing case with a settlement amount from my separated husband. Now my advocate says that, for filing petitions to close the case i need to pay them 35000 more, which is way too high for me...
I'm a single mother and going thru harsh conditions with my 6year old (autistic) daughter, how to get thru this matter to be able to get it solved in a reasonable price. What to do?

If you're DV case is a private case, that is without the involvement of police, it can be withdrawn by way of settlement between you and your husband.
