Advice for removing name from case filed for domestic violence n dowry

My son's wife (daughter in law) has filed case against me, my son n my daughter for domestic violence n dowry. Me n my daughter r not even residence of india. We only visit India every couple of years. But still she had mentioned our name in that false illegation n filed against us. So is there any suggestion from your side that we can remove our name from that court case that has filed against us. Please advise
If you have proofs or kind of evidences negating the allegations levelled by your daughter in law then you may directly approach the high court under section 482 of criminal procedure code for quashing the proceeding against you. You may contact for detail discussion.
