Yes. In a Section 24 HMA maintenance proceeding, you can request the Court to consider the present/current income and seek production of the latest salary slips, Form 16 and ITRs. The Supreme Court’s income-disclosure format specifically contemplates current income and ITRs, along with bank statements for the last 3 years. Therefore, you can argue that old salary slips alone should not determine present maintenance if there has been a change in salary; however, the Court may also call for the previous 3 years’ financial records to assess the overall financial position.

If you ask for the current salary slip the court will allow it or its upto you what you ask in the application, if that is not already mentioned in your case usually assets and liabilities are filed in these maintenance cases which have all the details

as par you mention your case is pending before High' Court under section 24 whether under civil procedure code or Hindu Marriage Act, under cpc transfer case, under HMA for maintenance both are different things, so far so ITR or salary now is binding on both parties to submit their assets and liabilities before court in any maintenance proceeding , so don't worry

In a similar case in Delhi High Court it was held that ITR is a private document , it can only be displayed if it involves a larger public interest eg EOW but not for personal gains of the opposite party . You can be vocal and informative about the property of the opposite party , eg Name and title
