Advice for divorce proceeding after quashing DVC.

Got flase DVC by my wife quashed in HC. Wife is not agreeing to mutual divorce. No children. Marriage lasted 13 months, for most of the part her mom is there and we stayed away from each other. How to proceed further and protect myself from further cases?

Divorce petion can be file. Even if the other party does not agree we can before the Court of law for granting od divorce. It can be effectively contested and will act as a protection against frivolous allegations.
