Adultery with maintenance to wife declared by court

There is law in India that even if adultery is done my wife , still maintenance needs to be payed by husband .
If a male lawyer wife commits adultery and it's false 498a and dowry case ,
then still all the lawyer from BAR council will support male lawyers wife and provide maintenance irrespective of there male colleague being innocent because that's what your judiciary says .
Dear Sir,
a wife is not entitled to maintenance from her husband if she is living in adultery. You must establish such fact that she is in adultery. Simple allegation is not sufficient. You must have direct evidence. If lower court passes judgment against you may go to higer court and thus you can prove the same and absolve from payment of maintenance or alimony. Try to collect sufficient evidence on adultery.
