Adultery / Marital Cheating with Other Man

I am married 5 years and last week I found that my Wife was cheating on me.she told that she confirmed she was cheating on me since 2 Months. The man is staying in different state and talking for more than 2 months. She knew her from 8 years but had no connect. Last week he came to our city and my wife booked a hotel & he stayed there. My wife went to her hotel for 3 days during her office hours. I have the hotel booking and telephone bills. I dont want a divorce but want to punish the Man. Help

If there is solid evidence against the unknown person, then adultery charge can be made, and if all evidence is proved successfully in the Court of Law, then he will be entitled to a punishment as well. Amy further assistance please contact.
