Adultery and cheating money from account

After 14 years of marriage life I caught my wife with adultery and have audio evidence where she committed relationship and tied to wipe off all evidence. I put all my money in her bank account in good faith and now she withdrawn all money, amount is almost 1 crore. This is my hard earned money and I have all transactions proof. How a I claim back my money, what shall be the IPC and approximate car duration? I already planning for divorce file with adultery charges.

dear client as per your query since you are saying that you have all proofs of transactions which will be plus point as also can apply for divorce you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees.....

You need to file a divorce case against her and in that case only you have to mention about the misuse of your hard earned money by her. For further discussion you need to have a proper consultation along with all the relevant documents. Regards, Subhashis Paul Advocate High Court, Calcutta

Firstly, there can be no charges of adultery as the Apex Court has decriminalised Adultery, however, it is a solid ground for divorce. In response to your question about retrieval of the money, I would suggest you kindly ask the money back. INCASE she denies, you may file a case against her with Regards to Criminal Misappropriation of Money.
