Action against husband and mother in law

I was married in 2012, my husband was in relation with me for only one month. After that no relation at all. He just come, sits and goes. Every thing I hav to look after myself. Some people say it is just effect of black magic made by my mother in law. Now I wanted to know what legal action can be taken against him and my mother in law for spoiling my life. Wht further steps can I take against them
you can file a petition for divorce and claim permanent aliomny or maintenance, or if you are still interested in leading life with him file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights where the court orders him to join you to lead married life, further if there is torture by them you can file a case of domestic violence.
