According to the supreme court, kid's(1year old) custody is given to whom? Mother or father? What if father has more financial influence over the mother? can this alter kids custody?

Pls consult and discuss, as per your, you are quoted supreme court , but it is ordered in your case and you have referred some other cases...? Already you have filed child custody or not ..? you have not mentioned briefly. Pls contact.

no as per the law kids below 5 years of age, the custody normally will be with the mother, if you can show that the mother is suffering from some disease or mental instability which may be harmful to the child then only it is possible to get custody in respect of children below five years of age as per law. you can ask for visiting rights and after 5 years you can file, at present also you can file application but as I said child below 5 years normally the custody is given to mother.

Custody of Children upto the age of 6 years, 1st priority is mother. But it can be changed depending on the actual facts in the case. You cant just take it for granted. Lot of factors are to be considered and argued for a favourable judgment.
