Background of my problem: I am 30 years old man and working in a private company and I married a Women Police in the year of 2018 and no child.Later she Submitted same dowry complaint to District Legal Services Authority where she received her Gold ornaments and house hold things everything from me and also she declared that she was liked to go Mutual divorce and never give complaint against me in any one of the police station and there was no relationship with me as on 09.05.2019 likewise she put sign in front of the Senior Civil judge of District Legal Services Authority. I received same as certified Copy from the DLSA. I filed a divorce case on 15.06.2019 in the Sub Court based on the DLSA whatever she declared. she had not come to the court regarding divorce case for 3 hearings and later she submitted a paper against me that she has not been received fully of gold ornaments and house hold things and 3 lakhs money from me and she never said regarding Mutual divorce in the DLSA and
then you can file contested diviorce petition against her then court will send mediation you can negotiate in mediation session in court but don't give any gold ornament are money with out the court you need give her inform of court only
