Abusive wife trying to claim share in property how to safeguard family

My brother's wife has made false allegations of extra marital affairs on my brother and has not come back home from last 6 months. She is very abusive towards my brother and parents. She even warns to consume all property of my parents. Please suggest something. She is working as a teacher in school.My brother is trying to make her calm down and end fighting but she wants my parents brother to apologize all the time.
You not mention which religion you belong. Not tel how much time going your brother marriage. If you Hindu than you can file a suit in the family court in the section 9 of Hindu marriage act. Or.you can give a simple application against your brother wife in the women cell.

Making false allegations is not going to help her in any way. She can't claim in property of parents. So you should not bother for it. Last step is your brother should file restitution of conjugal right. If not possible he can go for divorce case
