Abusive husband trying to frame wife for adultry

Husband was found cheating, when wife got to know about it she asked him to stop he start to abuse her heart her,neighbors knows about him abusing his wife. then the husband leaves  and goes to another city later slowly he stops taking responsibility of his son,one fine day he decides to get separated when he says this to his wife she says yes for the first time then later when is wife says no because he has mentally torture her and the child now he is trying to frame her for adultery, which she did not do.
