Abusive husband kicked out from home and stopped financial support.

I'm asking this question on behalf of my mother, my father is abusive person he was regularly doing domestic violence and trying to cause serious physical and mental torture to both my mom and me. After this he kicked us out of house and is not supporting financially. I also have a 8 year old sister whom he has kept with himself. We're on road now, what to do ??

Dear Client you should file Domestic Violence case against them before Police Station and you may also have other options like maintenance etc but first I would like to know the facts of the case then I'll support at that case.

you and your mother should file a Domestic violence case against him and also file a maintenance case through the concerned family court. You will definitely get relief Thanku Ranjeet Sonker advocate Allahabad high court
