Abuse and beaten language beaten me

I m hindu and my husband is muslim we have child he abuse me , hit me, and he want to leave me So what i do What should be the first step i have takennnWe live in rented house and he not giving rent not dropping school. He say go from here so what i do where i go?

File an FIR at police station and domestic violence case along with maintenance case at court. If police will not help then file complaint at Rajya Mahila ayog or represent before superintendent of police

hello mam according to your query you can file and FIR nearest police station and you can go to the court and fire a petition domestic violence and 498A 406 and many other sections you can file a maintenance petition please contact me for other options
