Absconding and missing in the 125crpc case

My husband is absconding. I have filed 125 CRPC, DV and 498a and the case is on going. Recently i came to know the he left and is suppose to have left India and unknown where. What can be done now
Petition can be file stating that the Husband has not been showing his presence. Trial without his presence is not valid. All required evidences may be submitted to substantiate our stance. This issue can definetly be raised.
