About my earned money, gold and alimony

My husband asking for divorce. My earned money at his bank account. He sold my gold. So there is any chance to get back these all and money for my future life with children. nCan my husband marry again, just after giving divorce petition?

you can file a case for realisation of money and gold ornaments and also you can ask for the maintenance for you and your children. just giving a divorce petition he cannot marry another one without obtaining a divorce decree. for more clarification feel free to contact me

There is every chance to get your gold return. you can demand your gold.. if he is not willing to give back you can file a case.... he can remarry only after the dissolution of marriage..... Better contact me directly for more clarification..
