About my and my daughter's safety. I am locked up in my room.

I have filed divorse and maintainance case last year. My husband has filed custody case for my daughter . my parents have locked me up since than in my room md i ws not allowed to appear in any hearing . and now my husband has taken my daughter without my consent and i am still locked up. I need help and suggestion too. What i should have to do.My parents have taken my debit cards, phone , all identity proofs . everything

you ask the local police for help through phone or email. A writ may be filed before honorable High court for your release from illegal confinement. i suggest you to contact the local police through email or lodge an online complaint.

I am sure you have a phone. You can call police for help. That is instant remedy. Once you move out you will have plenty of options to look upto. Better call police then move ahead for taking divorce or child custody.
