About my and my daughter's safety. I am locked up in my room.

I have filed divorse and maintainance case last year. My husband has filed custody case for my daughter . my parents have locked me up since than in my room md i ws not allowed to appear in any hearing . and now my husband has taken my daughter without my consent and i am still locked up. I need help and suggestion too. What i should have to do.My parents have taken my debit cards, phone , all identity proofs . everything

that's nothing short of domestic violence. you can call the police for help. you can file domestic violence case against your family members. thereafter you can proceed with your divorce and maintenance petition and even challenge the custody order...
