My husband applied for divorce after 1.5 yrs of marriage on the ground of mental cruelty. I have applied for maintenance. I am working woman earning 50k. My husband earns 95k and he has 30 k Emi. My father in law was working but now he left the job. My mother in law is housewife. I have three month old baby. How much maintenance can I get for me and my baby.
