About maintanance in divorce case and in domestic violence case

Hi my wife filed dv act on me and she get maintanance but still date 10 lacs is pending to give her. But same she filed divorce with permanent maintanance. She get periodic permanent maintenance in divorce. My Q is 1. May I give pending 10 lac and permanent maintance to her??? 2. Only permanent maintenance???? Or my pending maintanance cancelled??? Plz answer me

It is advisable for you to conduct a meeting with your relatives and friends and then reach to some point of settlement with your wife. Once settlement conditions are finalized you may pay the alimony once and all other cases can be withdrawn and mutual divorce can be proceeded
