How do I quickly get an ex-parte divorce at the evidence stage when the opposite party does not show up from last 5 months? Also defendant lawyer filed retirement memo. The case was filed on the grounds of (RCR contested and execution done & cruelty base ) in 2024 May.

okay I understand your questions. so now you want to get exparty divorce right. but you are mention your questions RCR case you reveal this massage you got a decree in RCR case you can file a divorce automatically. you can get divorce on the basis of Rcr execution

submit an application for stage transfer as other side lawyer has given retirement Memo and No one is appearing in the court hearing since 5 hearing. and do hearing on it ....and submit ur evidence.. if court get satisfied with ur application/ reason to stage transfer.. then after ur evidence.. court will post it for arguments..and after hearing arguments, directly court may pass the orders in favour of you .
