Well, in a Settled Case, if it is the result of the Mediation, then, both the parties remain at the Win Win end, compared to Litigation, where one party wins and the other party has to lose, hope you got clarity.

In a settled case, the disposition of money, property, or assets is typically outlined in the terms of the settlement agreement. Once a case is settled, any assets or funds included in the settlement are usually distributed according to the agreement terms. If there was an understanding or ruling that certain assets would be retained or disposed of without additional payment, that should be specified within the settlement documentation. If you believe that some assets were improperly disposed of or if there’s an issue with the agreed terms, you may have legal options to address it. You can: 1. Review the Settlement Agreement: Carefully examine the agreement to understand what was decided regarding the assets in question. 2. Consult with an Attorney: If assets were unexpectedly disposed of or if there's ambiguity, a legal professional can advise on whether any action can be taken, such as reopening the case or seeking additional remedies. 3. Consider Filing for Enforcement: If the terms of the settlement were not followed, you may have grounds to file for enforcement of the agreement, compelling the other party to comply.
