I am a 19y/o boy I want to marry a girl same age as me...how do I legaly marry to her...

Well, as you yourself told, that, you are 18 +, so considering that, you cannot marry, as you need to be of at least 21 years old in order to marry with a Girl, who needs to be of at least 18 years, not below than that. You can marry with a girl of either 18 years or with a girl of above 18 years old, not with the girl whose agd is less than 18 years. Moreover, you cannot marry until and unless you become 21 years old.
