Abortion of the 3 months child without partner or his family's consent

Hi my friend has marital issues and thinking of filing a divorce lawsuit but she is 3 months pregnant and wants to get an abortion as she is not sure of her future. Her in-laws are against this abortion. If she carries on with her abortion are there any legal consequences to it if they file a case against her?

Hello there is latest judgement of supreme court in which The Supreme Court has declared that all women have the right to safe and legal abortions up to 24 weeks of pregnancy, no matter their marital status.
