a woman marries a second time while her first marriage is still valid

Is there any legal issue if a woman marries a second time while her first marriage is still valid? Is there any legal issue in the future with using the wedding photo from the second marriage?

If one marries while her first marriage is valid and subsisting, then it is illegal and makes her second marriage void. Definitely her pictures from her second marriage will be used against her. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

A second marriage during subsistence of the first is illegal and amounts to bigamy (punishable offence). The second marriage is void. Wedding photos can be used as evidence to prove the offence in legal proceedings.

If a woman married a second time while being legally wedded to the first husband, that marriage will be invalid and illegal the children born out of the living will be illegitimate child and won't be getting any of the share in the properties of the father or his ancestors, and your previous husband won't be liable to give you any maintenance in future

The second marriage will be void as her first marriage is still subsisting. The first husband or the second husband can file a Petition for annulment of second marriage. The photograph will act as a proof of second marriage. I would request for further details as to where the photograph of second marriage is going to be used. And who will be the recipient of the photos.
